As a global food company, it just makes sense for us to focus many of our community involvement efforts on feeding the hungry. We created our Helping Hungry Homes^® initiative to do just that.

We believe education is a key to strong, growing communities. Our Learners to Leaders^® national education alliance provides learning opportunities for those who may not otherwise have them.

The Smithfield-Luter Foundation provides scholarships for the children and grandchildren of employees. It supports other valuable education initiatives in our communities as well.
